1. ASAP Consultation: Call us as soon as your plumber is finished to arrange a free consultation. We assess the affected areas immediately and provide a fixed-price quote and repair plan on the same day of call out.
2. Mitigation & Testing: If your property was built pre-2000, a mandatory asbestos test is required and can take 48 hours for results. We use this time to begin drying out all wet areas in anticipation of the results. (The asbestos test fee is payable upfront.)
3. Restoration Options: Based on the test results (positive or negative for asbestos), we present two clear quotes detailing the necessary repair process, allowing you to choose the best path forward.
4. High-Quality Repair: Our team of skilled plasterers and maintenance specialists completes the full restoration, from asbestos testing, replastering to painting and finishing.
Transparent Payment Structure:
For projects over £2000, we use a clear, progressive payment plan (e.g., 25% for materials on-site, subsequent 25% stages as work is completed). This protects you by ensuring you never pay for unfinished work, and protects us by covering trades and material costs. A full, detailed receipt is provided upon completion for your insurance claim documents.

Kitchen ceiling repair due to water damage
Joe came out to repair my kitchen ceiling as a pipe had burst in my bathroom which resulted in my kitchen ceiling coming through. Joe came out assessed the job then started carrying out the work very soon after. He's done an amazing job replacing my ceiling and also stripped the wallpaper off that had started peeling away and re painted the walls in my kitchen.

Our Process
Assessment
Once your plumber has located the water source and permanently stopped it call us to arrange a free assessment and we will always try to get to you as soon as humanly possible!
Repair
If pre 2000 property a legal and mandatory asbestos test will be carried out. We will in the mean time give you 2 fixed quotes depending on test results the same day you call us. Once agreed we will complete the needed work straight away and will never delay a job, we aim to rectify your property asap.
Invoice / Receipt
Once all work is completed and we have you signed off on the job for approval we will ask for payment and then email you a full receipt for your insurance claim.
